Our goals
We engage in multiple areas of action to support positive change:
International relations, environmental protection and animal welfare, support for youth employment, addressing social issues, and promoting healthy lifestyles through the prevention of addiction and sexually transmitted diseases. We place special emphasis on the development of culture, sports, traffic safety, humanitarian work, the safety of young people, and the improvement of the status of national minorities.
We also actively support the education of young people through the organization of educational programs, workshops, and other forms of non-formal education.
We pay special attention to the elderly, respecting their needs and their role in society. We organize various social support programs, community activities, cultural and health education, as well as volunteer visits to combat loneliness and social isolation. Our goal is to enable older individuals to be more actively involved in society, enjoy a better quality of life, and feel a sense of belonging within the community.
Environmental Protection
Environmental protection is one of the core pillars of our work and a key factor for a healthy and sustainable life for future generations. We recognize that ecological awareness and responsibility are especially important among young people, as they hold the key to the changes necessary to preserve our planet.
Through diverse educational programs, workshops, campaigns, and volunteer actions, we continuously work to raise awareness about the importance of conserving natural resources, reducing pollution, and protecting biodiversity.
Disease Prevention
Prevention of diseases, especially sexually transmitted infections, is one of the key priorities of our Center in protecting youth health. We are aware of how important it is for young people to receive timely and accurate information about risks, modes of transmission, and protective measures, so they can take responsibility for their health and make informed decisions.
Through a variety of educational programs, workshops, seminars, and campaigns, we continuously raise awareness about the importance of regular health check-ups, proper use of protective measures, and safe sexual behavior.
Sport
At the City Youth Center, sport is more than just physical activity — it’s a tool for shaping a strong, confident, and healthy generation. We believe that every step, every jump, and every new skill carries an opportunity: for young people to feel the power of their bodies, learn their limits of endurance, and push beyond them.
Through a variety of sports programs — from team games to individual challenges — we encourage a healthy lifestyle, foster team spirit, perseverance, and respect for oneself and others. In a world that is constantly accelerating, sport restores our balance. It helps us channel energy, reduce stress, and find security in movement.
